How do I order Luno Rings?

  • Add the products you want from our online shop to your cart and continue to the checkout page.
  • Complete the checkout steps, including shipping options, payment options and your contact details.
  • We will send you an Order Confirmation email after your successful purchase.
  • After we have processed your order, we will send you Shipping Confirmation with the waybill number so can you track your delivery.
  • Luno Rings courier partner will deliver your order to the address indicated.

Do my rings come with a Warranty?

YES they do! We have a 1-year product warranty for ring defects ONLY!

Warranty T&C’s:

1) Replacement ring(s) will be done for the exact same size and colour as ordered.
2) Proof of the original order number must be provided.
2) Shipping cost will be for YOUR account.
